A Cincinnati judge Monday sentenced a father to prison for throwing his infant son against a wall.Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Ralph Winkler called the incident a sad case before pronouncing sentence on 21-year-old Travis Townsend of Silverton.Townsend, who will also undergo mental health treatment while in custody, confessed to hurling the 9-month-old against the wall four years ago ...
